Hello! It's been a while you know. Haha. The whole education thingy has been going on forever. I'm 16, and these are my necessary achievements or should I say, Literacy Achievements, *surpassed and to be surpassed.
- Graduated Pre-school @ 6, year 2002. St. Isidore's First Steps to Learning (Actually, I didn't step in to the Nursery and Preparatory levels. I was plain a Kindergarten student.) - CHECK.
- Graduated Elementary School @ 12, year 2008. Valencia Central Elementary School (K. I'm just so proud I graduated Salutatorian. Lemme tell you that. HAHAHA.) - CHECK.
- Graduated High School @ 16, year 2012. Holy Spirit School (Then I was the First Honorable Mention of the batch. Still good. Teheee.)- CHECK.
- Graduate College, Pre-Med @ 20, year 2016. University of Santo Tomas (I do not know where I would graduate actually. But HOPEFULLY, it's gonna be in UST. I mean, you do not know the twists of your fate.)- On-Going
- Graduate Medical School, Doctoral Degree, @24, year 2020. Stanford University (Yan na talaga nilagay ko kahit mas gusto ko sa UST. Haha. Eh, baka kasi makachamba ako at makapagaral doon diba? Hehe. Ang begaaaa ko. Hayaan mo na. Libre namang mangarap eh.)- Future
- Training Facility and Board Examinations, @26, year 2022. (Ospital na kasi at testing rooms ang kailangan dyan kaya wala ng paaralang mailagay. Tehee. Porbida, 26 na ako dyan. Sana nga makapasa sa Board.)- Future
- Career Assessment, @27, year 2023. (Magduduktor ako. Saang ospital kaya ako? Pipityugin naman. 27 na ako dyan, o pwede pa ngang mas matanda pa. Hindi pa ako magkakapera dyan kasi kasisimula ko pa. Jusko, mga hs classmets ko dyan malamang manager na. Ako, parang OJT pa yata. Hahaha. Hayaan mo na, pag naging ganap na duktor naman, maguulan ng pera. At siguro, makapagpakasal nga ako ng bongga. Teheeeeeeeee.)- Future
So this is it. If I really want to point out my educational statistics then I'm still a high school graduate. But an estimated 10 years from now, I would be entitled as Dr. Roseanne Erika Loquellano. Saya! Hopefully. May the Lord guide me. :) Ano ba yan, 10 years pa. Pero sa totoo lang, malapit na yan. Hindi ko nga lang namalayan na lumagpas ako ng 2008. Pinakahihintay ko kaya yan na year kasi mag-hihischool nako. Sabi nila, pinakamasaya daw yan eh. Kaya yun, pinakaaabangan. Tapos parang isang iglap, grumaduate na pala ako. Buhay talaga.
But I do not clearly know if the planned route would forego. Baka naman kasi, maisipan kong magshift tapos ganito ganyan. Oh baka maisipan kong mag-artista o magmodelo. LELS! May talent naman akong umiyak, tumawa, rumampa, kumanta. Hehe. Basta, yun na yun. Pero kahit maligaw ako, sisikapin ko paring maging duktor. Kahit sales officer ako ng isang condominium o maging receptionist sa five-star na hotel, magiipon ako para maging duktor. Kahit matagal pa ang aabutin ko. Kasi yun ang gusto ko para sa sarili ko. Gusto ko nga rin maging isang abugado eh. Para maging Atty. Roseanne Erika Loquellano rin ako. But my brother advised me to be a doctor `cause he thinks I could extend my hands so much more being one. And I trust my brother. Kasi, dumaan na sya sa mga "confusing stage" na yan. Pero paniwala syang, gusto niyang maging piloto. Kaya, gusto ko rin syang tulungan. Wala naman akong magagawa, wala pa kasi akong trabaho. Kaya sa ngayon, cheerleader muna nya ako. GO GO GO! Hey!I'm Roseanne Erika A. Loquellano. My friends call me Erika, but when I reached college, some of my new-found friends call me Rosiee or Chichi. And it's weird hearing that.
I've been living in this crazy for 17 years now. My journey has always been and will always be a bumpy one. I've been through the loudest laughter and the saddest tears but still here I am today, standing still, proud and happy to who I really am.
I have an amazing family. My dad, Ronnie, has been working overseas since I was three. God knows how much I miss him every single day that he's not around. He still calls my mom 'Love' and it's so thoughtful of him for doing that. My mom, Evelyn, is a public elementary teacher. She was my Filipino teacher when I was in the 6th grade too. She's a bit loud I tell you, but deep inside, she's really sweet, funny and of course loving. I have two ridiculous older brothers. Rodney, the eldest, dreams of becoming a pilot but still hasn't find enough financial support for his training, which leads him to apply for a job in a ship company. Michael, my older brother, is on his last year in college already. So we'll be expecting a fully-payed nurse maybe 2 years from now after his board exams and additional experiences. I, being the youngest of the siblings, am on my first year in Biology, because I hoped to become a doctor some day.
Being a doctor isn't just my only dream by the way. I had hoped of becoming an actress ever since I was a child. The limelight has always been the source of my inspiration every time I declaim, which eventually make me look like I am natural. Well, my mother was an actress anyway. In her college years, she was an athlete, musician, declaimer and a dancer, no wonder how I got my ever awesome chromosomes. Ahihihi. I wanna explore the center stage, and I wanna know what it feels like to win an Oscar and have a sold-out concert. But yeah, I have to stick to college first. My mom says, no matter what age you'll reach dream, it's still fulfilling `cause you know you have accomplished something really important to you.
I always remind myself to stay inspired. Because it is only through inspiration that we are motivated to move and be different. This still ain't my moment to shine (bright like diamonds and make tons of money, hihi), but somehow someday when my moment comes, I will be a champion. :) Stay inspired!
